Frequently asked questions
Do I need an international driver's license?
If your licence is from the EU or EEA, it’s valid in Spain with no extra paperwork. If you’re coming from outside the EU, we recommend bringing your national licence together with an International Driving Permit (IDP). In all cases, you need the licence matching the engine size you rent.
Is insurance included in the price?
Yes, the rental includes insurance. You can also add optional fully comprehensive cover to ride with even greater peace of mind. No surprises, no small print.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit that we return when you bring the bike back in good condition. Nothing complicated: we tell you the exact amount when you book.
Can you deliver the bike to my hotel or to Girona airport?
Subject to availability, we can arrange delivery and collection in the Girona area. Write to us with your hotel or flight and we’ll confirm the options.
What's the minimum rental duration?
The minimum rental is 2h. For multi-day routes or weekends we have special rates; just ask.
What happens if I break down during the route?
We hand over every bike serviced by our own workshop to minimise surprises. If a breakdown still happens, call us on 972 41 06 04 and we’ll help you sort it out as quickly as possible.
